Easy to schedule, and very convenient. The lockers were a little smaller than expected, but the team was very accommodating to find something acceptable. They respond very quickly to any communications, are pleasant to work with, and the space is very clean. There's only so much you can expect from a storage locker, but this is a good experience all things considered. Used traditional storage once in the past and wouldn't go back. Would recommend this instead.

Straightforward and easy process to obtaining a unit. I was stranded and needed to switch storage units due to a snow storm. Made one call, few clicks and I was good to go. Very affordable as compared to other units in Syracuse. They have a secure system as well. Overall satisfied.

Whole process to obtain a unit is quick & easy. All access codes were immediately emailed & you are able to get to your locker immediately. Just make sure you have your own lock ready to go as this is a full self service facility. Customer assistance is fast with texting available as well!
